JULY 2023. On the way to its fifth anniversary, the Ingenio San Isidro Soccer School continues to grow. Since its creation, the main objective has been to strengthen the bond with the community of Campo Santo and the surrounding area. It is a space not only for recreation, but also for the learning and development of children.
In addition to being another link in the chain of education, in recent months there have been several achievements that speak of progress in the sports area.
A total of twelve boys were pre-selected by Argentinos Juniors. The test was held at our facilities in Salta and now the Professional League club continues with a specific follow-up. In addition, a 2010 category student was selected by Banfield and another (2006 category) by Los Andes, which currently plays in the B Metropolitan League.
“Many of them had never left the province, and the fact of having been able to travel to Buenos Aires is a great experience”, said Cristian Ruiz, our director. All the children were fully trained at the Ingenio San Isidro Soccer School. The experience, regardless of how it continues, is undoubtedly a step forward.
